DANCE11

For dance schools

A front desk panel with a direct line to your dancers.

New classes, announcements and recordings from open classes go straight to participants' phones — no Instagram, no WhatsApp groups. And sales and the participant list take care of themselves.

First 2 months without a subscription and without new-client fees.

What's missing today

A front desk without paper, Excel and Instagram messages

Most schools still take sign-ups on paper, in spreadsheets and in messages. DANCE11 connects the front desk panel with an app where dancers buy their own spots.

With DANCE11

Result

TodayA list on paper or in Excel, copied out after class.

With DANCE11A dancer buys a spot in the app and lands on the list right away. For people without the app, the front desk picks them from the client list and ticks attendance.

ResultThe list is always up to date.

TodaySign-ups in messages and texts, with the schedule, clients and sales spread over several files and apps.

With DANCE11Buying and paying in the app — by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK or Przelewy24. Schedule, instructors, sales and the client base (with Excel/CSV import) in one panel.

ResultOne place instead of several, with no confirming spots in messages.

TodayPeople who sign up and don't show.

With DANCE11Dancers pay before class, and the room limit takes care of itself.

ResultFewer empty spots and no crowding over the limit.

TodayOnly some of your Instagram followers see new classes.

With DANCE11Anyone following the school or an instructor gets a notification and can buy a spot right away.

ResultMore people in the room, without counting on the algorithm.

TodayCancellations and group updates sent by phone, text and group chats, with refunds done by hand.

With DANCE11A message to people who bought a spot or follow the class — in one click from the panel. When a class is cancelled, participants are notified automatically, and refunds go out on their own.

ResultThe message reaches everyone it concerns — without calling anyone.

TodayThe schedule on the school's website is copied by hand and often out of date.

With DANCE11You embed a ready-made class schedule on your website — always the same as in the panel.

ResultOne schedule: in the panel, in the app and on the school's website.

TodayRecordings of classes and selects sent by hand in messages.

With DANCE11The recording of a class or select can go automatically to everyone on the attendance list.

ResultThe recording arrives on its own, to the right people.

See what dancers get

How it works

A dancer buys. The front desk sees it right away.

A ticket bought in the app lands on the class tile in the panel the same moment — together with the room limit. From the same place the front desk can, whenever it wants, write to the participants — and they get a notification on their phone.

We'll show it live, using your school as the example — in 11 minutes.

Data and payments

The money and the data stay with the school

  1. Dancer
  2. Payment provider
  3. School's account

Sales are settled by a licensed payment provider: the ticket amount goes straight to the school's account and never passes through us, and our commission is taken automatically at payment. Clients and instructors are one of a school's most valuable assets — that base belongs to you alone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where does the money from ticket sales go?

Straight to the school's account through the payment provider. The money never passes through DANCE11.

How much does DANCE11 cost?

A subscription of PLN 199 net per month, a 1.5% commission on online sales and a one-off 35% of the first ticket (up to PLN 35) for a new client from the app. Plus payment provider fees, depending on the payment method.

Do I pay for clients I already have?

No. The new-client fee only applies to people who were not the school's clients before. There's no fee for clients from your base.

Who owns the client and instructor data?

The school. Only your school can see it — every school's data is separated at the database level. We don't sell it or share it with other schools, partners or advertisers. You are the data controller, and we process the data on your behalf, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), on servers in the EU.

Can I import clients from Excel?

Yes — the client base can be imported from an Excel or CSV file.

What if a class sells out?

The app stops selling spots once they run out. A ticket refund gives the spot back.

How does the start work?

For the first 2 months there's no subscription and no new-client fee. You only pay the payment provider's fees on online sales.
