Privacy policy

In short: this site uses no cookies and no tracking tools. The school's client and instructor data belongs to the school — we process it only on its behalf, in line with the GDPR, in the European Union.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller of the data of people who visit dance11.com or contact us is the company running the DANCE11 service, “DANCE11” below.

For anything about personal data, please write to kontakt@dance11.com. The company's full registration details (name, address, tax ID) are given in the contract with a school and on any request sent to that address.

2. This site

  • No cookies. The site stores nothing in your browser — so there's no consent banner, because there's nothing to ask about.
  • No analytics or tracking. We don't use Google Analytics, ad pixels, heatmaps or similar tools.
  • No third-party resources. Fonts, styles and scripts come from our own server — your browser doesn't connect to other companies.
  • No visit logs. The site is delivered by the Amazon Web Services server network. Your IP address is processed only technically, so the page can reach you; we don't keep visit logs.

3. Contacting us

When you write to us, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message to reply and talk about working together.

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest, i.e. replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where the conversation concerns a contract — steps taken before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • How long: until the matter is closed, no longer than 12 months after the last message. If we sign a contract, we keep the correspondence for its duration and until claims become time-barred.
  • We don't send newsletters or offers you didn't ask for.

4. The school's client and instructor data

A school using DANCE11 is the controller of its clients' and instructors' data. DANCE11 is the processor: it processes the data only on the school's behalf and on its documented instructions, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) that we sign with every school.

  • For the school only. Every school's data is separated at the database level — other schools have no access to it. Within the school, only people the school gives panel access can see it.
  • For no one else. We don't sell this data, don't share it with other schools, partners or advertisers, and don't use it for our own purposes, including marketing.
  • Deletion on request. The school can delete a client's or instructor's data in the panel. Only a technical identifier remains, needed so the deleted person isn't recreated from old records; sales records stay, as accounting law requires.
  • When the cooperation ends, we delete the school's data or return it to the school, as the data processing agreement says.
  • In the European Union. We store the data on servers in the EU. Connections to the app and the panel are encrypted.

People whose data we process on a school's behalf can exercise their rights directly with the school. If they write to us, we'll pass the request to the school and help fulfil it.

5. Who we share data with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only as far as needed to run the service:

  • a cloud infrastructure provider (servers and database in the EU),
  • a licensed payment provider (handling ticket payments),
  • e-mail and SMS delivery providers (codes, confirmations and notifications).

Schools get the full list of processors in the data processing agreement, and anyone can ask for it by e-mail. If a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, this is based on a European Commission decision (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, port it, and object to its processing. Just write to kontakt@dance11.com — we reply without undue delay, within one month at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

We don't make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page. We inform schools of material changes affecting their data in advance.
